叉燒鮭魚排
材料
2塊 鮭魚排(片狀)
8湯匙 李錦記叉燒醬
1湯匙 蜂蜜
1顆 檸檬 (切薄片)
黑胡椒少許
鹽少許
步驟
- 將鮭魚洗淨後擦乾。
- 在魚的兩面均勻抹上鹽,放入烤箱,約350度,烤至微黃。
- 取出鮭魚,再刷上叉燒醬汁,再繼續放入烤箱燒烤至醬汁收乾。
- 塗上少許蜂蜜及黑胡椒,以檸檬片裝飾,即可食用。
提示:蜂蜜應在最後時段才塗上,否則容易烤焦。
BBQ Salmon Fillets
Ingredients
2 Salmon fillets
8 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Chinese BBQ (Char Siu) Sauce
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Rinse fillets, drain, and dry off excess water.
- Sprinkle salt on both sides of fillets and bake at 350°F till light golden.
- Remove baked fillets from oven, brush with Lee Kum Kee Chinese BBQ (Char Siu Sauce). Continue baking until sauce thickens.
- Brush fillets with honey and sprinkle with black pepper before serving. Garnish with lemon slices.
Tip
- Brush on the honey at final step to avoid burning.
