SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing
At K-oneshop, we only process orders during business days, which are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped.
Note: Occasional delays in processing time or Cancellation of an order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or it is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.
Item Availability
K-oneshop may cancel your order, or part of your order if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out-of-stock item(s).
In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, K-oneshop will remove the out-of-stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out-of-stock items ordered and will be informed by email notification.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.
Verification & Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure to use your billing information (first name, last name, billing address) and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. If your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order will be put on hold, pending verification. When specifying the shipping address, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If this information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update the information.

Our shipping service is based on 'Standard Shipping' - Please refer to 'Shipping Timing' below.

One Business Day Shipping
- If you live in Southern California (Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, and Kern counties), it usually takes only 1 business day to deliver.

SHIPPING TIMING
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. For current delivery schedules, service availability and information, and a description of the UPS service Guarantee see the UPS Rate and Service Guide. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high-value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
Incomplete/Wrong Address
When the shipment returns back to our warehouse due to INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FORWARD, RETURN TO SENDER, and or any other undeliverable reason because the address you provided was incorrect, we will charge an additional re-ship fee at your cost. You will receive an invoice for shipping via email, once the shipping payment has been fully processed we will have your order ready to be shipped and a confirmation email will be sent out. Also, we will charge you re-shipping-related fees including the cost of the box, handling fees, etc. if we send the package again.
If the shipping weight exceeds 25 pounds, we will ask for an additional shipping amount. If customers want us to separate one box into two boxes, additional fees will be also applied.
If customers put either incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses and the package is returned to us, we have to ask customers to pay a new shipping fee or we will refund only the subtotal fee (No shipping fee will be refunded).
K-oneshop prefers a commercial shipping address instead of a residential shipping address.
K-oneshop has a right to unpack or unbox a bundle of products and send them individually.
K-oneshop has a right to request additional shipping fees if a package is heavy and bulky.
K-oneshop has a right to cancel orders that are heavy and bulky.
